1. Stop using the word “slut” to insult girls. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having sex with whoever you want, whenever you want, as long as you want it. Don’t be afraid of your sexuality.
2. Stop teaching girls “how to not get raped” and instead teach boys how to not be rapists.
3. Stop buying into bullshit like Twilight, which teaches us as females not to be strong women, but that we are only good if we have a boyfriend.
4. Stop reading magazines like cosmo, which advises you on how to “please your man” but not how to please yourself.
5. Stop degrading yourself by telling thinking that you have to look like a supermodel or a moviestar, or any other person for that matter.
6. Stop telling people that you, “hate how catty girls are,” and how you, “would rather hang out with the boys.” Stop agreeing that the “get back in the kitchen jokes” are funny. This doesn’t make you cool; it makes you a misogynist.
7. Start having confidence and respect for yourself and other women in your life. Don’t be afraid to report abuse, don’t be afraid to stand up and fight, and don’t let anyone else’s judgement get you down. Take a look at yourself and realize how beautiful you are, not because you’re a woman, but because you’re a human being.

I love seeing well thought out posts on tumblr. We need to spread positive thinking as far as possible.
