I think the next time I have a discussion about rape culture and someone pulls the “but look at what she was wearing/drinking” argument - I might just ask them “so let me get ths straight - I take it you force yourself on every provocatively dressed/intoxicated person you see?”
The “people shouldn’t do certain things if they don’t want to get raped” crowd needs to stop and chat with the “we’re tired of feminists acting like all men are rapists” crowd and decide which message they would rather us listen to.
